AATCC 100

AATCC 100 Antimicrobial Test Method

Assessment Of Antimicrobial Finishes on Textile Materials

Textiles often incorporate antimicrobial agents to protect against microorganisms, thereby preventing infections. The AATCC 100 test is designed to evaluate the antibacterial effectiveness of these agents on textile materials.

The AATCC 100 test assesses whether antimicrobial agents, whether integrated into textile fibers or applied to their surface, retain their efficacy both before and after washing. Accugen Laboratories conducts comprehensive testing to evaluate the persistence of antimicrobial effectiveness.
